| Fund for Teachers would like to thank the hundreds of people who came out to support Houston area teachers at our first annual Fund Run.
Over 400 runners participated in our inaugural 5K Run/Walk. Participants also enjoyed activity booths following the run which were hosted by Fund for Teachers grant recipients.
We would also like to thank our sponsors and supporters who made this run possible. Your contributions will ensure that many more Houston area teachers will benefit from our program.
In true Houston fashion you all also took the opportunity to say thank you to your own teachers. The winners of our "Support Your Teacher Contest" are:
